Project Description/Story
My calling is real estate. It started in 9th grade, learning about the 2008 financial crisis. After graduation, I pursued a real estate license and found time to read and learn about investing. I worked a full-time job to save enough for a down payment and the rehab costs. This allowed me to start searching for real estate, and when the right property came along, I didn't hesitate. 553 Flower Avenue was purchased in mid-2021 as a fixer-upper, underwent a four-month renovation, and was successfully rented out before its eventual sale in late 2022.
